This white wine is crafted predominantly from Turbiana (Trebbiano di Lugana), a grape deeply rooted in the region's white clay and limestone soils. The name 'Oasi Mantellina' pays homage to a serene, protected natural oasis within the vineyard area, evoking a sense of harmony and biodiversity. To preserve the grape's signature vibrant acidity and intense floral and citrus aromas, the wine is fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks on its fine lees.
