Named in honor of Baroness Mathilde de Rothschild, wife of Baron Nathaniel who purchased the Mouton estate in 1853, this elegant white Bordeaux pays tribute to the family's deep-rooted history. Crafted by the renowned house of Baron Philippe de Rothschild, the wine is a classic assembly of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. The Sauvignon Blanc imparts vibrant citrus, green apple, and fresh herbaceous notes, while the Sémillon adds roundness, texture, and delicate floral complexity. Sourced from selected vineyards across the Bordeaux region, the grapes undergo cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve their bright fruit aromatics and crisp acidity, resulting in an approachable yet sophisticated expression of regional terroir.
