La Beliere Rouge is an approachable, fruit-driven expression of Bordeaux crafted by the legendary house of Baron Philippe de Rothschild. The wine's name pays homage to the family's historic emblem, the ram (belier), a symbol deeply intertwined with the heritage of Chateau Mouton Rothschild and the Baron's own astrological sign, Aries. Sourced from selected vineyards across the Bordeaux region, this wine is typically a Merlot-dominant blend, supported by Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. It is vinified in temperature-controlled vats to preserve its vibrant red fruit character, supple tannins, and immediate charm, offering a friendly introduction to the classic terroir of Bordeaux without the need for prolonged cellaring.

Baron Philippe de Rothschild S.A. blev grundlagt af Baron Philippe de Rothschild og har hjemsted i Pauillac i Bordeaux – en af verdens mest berømte vinregioner. Huset regnes i dag blandt klodens ypperste familieejede vinvirksomheder. Fundamentet hviler på en visionær og nyskabende tilgang, som revolutionerede moderne vindyrkning og aftapning på selve slottet (mis en bouteille au château).
