Crafted by the legendary house of Baron Philippe de Rothschild, this Sauvignon Blanc represents a harmonious marriage between Bordeaux winemaking expertise and the sun-drenched terroirs of the Languedoc in the South of France. Seeking to showcase varietal purity, the winemakers select grapes from vineyards where clay-limestone soils and cooling Mediterranean breezes allow the Sauvignon Blanc grapes to retain their vibrant acidity and expressive aromatics. The wine is vinified entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve its crisp, lively character, bursting with notes of citrus, white peach, and fresh-cut grass. This cuv e reflects the Rothschild family's pioneering spirit, bringing their historical dedication to quality to the accessible, vibrant IGP Pays d'Oc region.

Baron Philippe de Rothschild S.A. blev grundlagt af Baron Philippe de Rothschild og har hjemsted i Pauillac i Bordeaux – en af verdens mest berømte vinregioner.
