✨ Technical Specifications
Bodegas Faustino, founded in 1861 in Oyón, Rioja Alavesa, is renowned for its iconic frosted bottles and classic barrel-aging traditions. The Faustino I Gran Reserva represents the apex of traditional Rioja aging standards, crafted primarily from Tempranillo complemented by Graciano and Mazuelo. Matured for at least 24 months in French and American oak barrels followed by extensive bottle aging prior to release, it develops complex tertiary notes of leather, tobacco, and dried red fruit structured around fine-grained tannins.
