Champagne Bollinger's legendary relationship with the world's most famous secret agent, James Bond, dates back to 1979 when it first appeared in Moonraker, establishing a cinematic partnership built on shared values of elegance, heritage, and character. To mark the release of the 24th Bond film, Spectre, Bollinger crafted this exclusive Millésime from the exceptional 2009 vintage. This cuvée is a masterclass in Bollinger's signature style, dominated by Pinot Noir (68%) sourced from prestigious Grand and Premier Crus such as Aÿ and Verzenay, blended with Chardonnay (32%). Vinified in historic oak casks and aged under natural cork to develop deep complexity, this Champagne offers a rich, muscular structure, boasting notes of toasted brioche, stewed stone fruits, and a refined mineral precision that honors both the house's heritage and the sophisticated legacy of 007.

Established in 1829 in Aÿ by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, Maison Bollinger endures as one of Champagne's preeminent independent, family-owned Grandes Marques. Its identity was indelibly forged under the visionary stewardship of Madame Lily Bollinger in the mid-twentieth century. The estate controls approximately 180 hectares of vineyards, dominated by Grand and Premier Cru parcels across the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, rooted in deep Belemnite chalk and limestone. Bollinger is celebrated for its Pinot Noir-centric architectural style, championing vinification in seasoned oak barrels, magnum reserve aging under natural cork, and extensive cellar maturation before disgorgement.
