To mark the release of the 24th Bond film, Spectre, Bollinger crafted this exclusive Millésime from the exceptional 2009 vintage. This cuvée is a masterclass in Bollinger's signature style, dominated by Pinot Noir (68%) sourced from prestigious Grand and Premier Crus such as Aÿ and Verzenay, blended with Chardonnay (32%). Vinified in historic oak casks and aged under natural cork to develop deep complexity, this Champagne offers a rich, muscular structure, boasting notes of toasted brioche, stewed stone fruits, and a refined mineral precision that honors both the house's heritage and the sophisticated legacy of 007.
