La Grande Année Rosé is an exquisite, vintage-dated prestige cuvée that represents the pinnacle of Bollinger's vinous craftsmanship. It is built upon the foundation of the house's exceptional La Grande Année, which is vinified entirely in old oak casks to develop unparalleled texture and micro-oxygenation. The defining magic of this rosé lies in the addition of a small percentage of still red wine sourced from the legendary, steep parcel of La Côte aux Enfants in Aÿ. This historic vineyard, once prized by French kings, imparts a magnificent structure, deep color, and complex red fruit character to the blend. The wine undergoes riddling and disgorgement entirely by hand after spending several years aging on its lees under natural cork, resulting in a Champagne of immense power, vinous complexity, and refined elegance.

Founded in 1829 in the grand cru village of Aÿ by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, Champagne Bollinger stands as one of the most revered and historic family-owned houses in the Champagne region of France.
