This Champagne is anchored by Pinot Noir, sourced largely from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, complemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Bollinger's unique craftsmanship shines through its use of older oak barrels for primary fermentation and an unparalleled library of reserve wines aged in magnums under cork for up to 15 years.
