The Chardonnay Reserve represents a masterful curation of fruit sourced from select vineyards across the Burgundy region, capturing the quintessential elegance of the appellation. This cuvee is crafted to express the pure, vibrant character of the Chardonnay grape, balancing bright citrus and stone fruit notes with a delicate touch of French oak aging. The winemaking team utilizes a combination of stainless steel vats to preserve fresh minerality and oak barrels to impart a subtle, creamy texture, paying homage to centuries of Burgundian tradition.

Bouchard Père & Fils blev grundlagt i 1731 af Michel Bouchard og er et af Bourgognes ældste og mest agtede vinhuse, med base i det historiske Château de Beaune fra det 15. århundrede. Gennem næsten tre århundreders omhyggelige opkøb har vinhuset opbygget en enestående mosaik af vinmarker, som i dag dækker omkring 130 hektar i Côte d'Or, herunder en lang række prestigefyldte Grand Cru- og Premier Cru-parceller.
