Crafted by the historic house of Bouchard Père & Fils, founded in 1731, the 'Beaune du Château' Premier Cru Blanc is a signature cuvée that has defined the house style since its inception in 1907. This wine is a masterclass in blending, sourcing 100% Chardonnay grapes from several distinct Beaune Premier Cru vineyard parcels owned by the estate. Each parcel is vinified separately to capture its unique micro-terroir—ranging from limestone-dominant soils that offer mineral tension to clay-rich plots that provide richness and weight. Aged for over a year in French oak barrels within the ancient underground cellars of the Château de Beaune, this white Burgundy marries vibrant citrus and white peach fruit with delicate toasted brioche and hazelnut notes, representing a harmonious mosaic of the Beaune appellation.

Bouchard Père & Fils blev grundlagt i 1731 af Michel Bouchard og er et af Bourgognes ældste og mest agtede vinhuse, med base i det historiske Château de Beaune fra det 15. århundrede. Gennem næsten tre århundreders omhyggelige opkøb har vinhuset opbygget en enestående mosaik af vinmarker, som i dag dækker omkring 130 hektar i Côte d'Or, herunder en lang række prestigefyldte Grand Cru- og Premier Cru-parceller.
