✨ Tekniske specifikationer
The Reserve Coteaux des Moines Rouge by Bouchard Pere et Fils is a tribute to Burgundy's rich monastic heritage. Founded in 1731, Bouchard Pere et Fils is one of the region's oldest and most prestigious wine houses. The name 'Coteaux des Moines' (Hills of the Monks) honors the Benedictine and Cistercian monks who meticulously mapped and cultivated Burgundy's legendary climats during the Middle Ages. Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from select vineyards across the region, this wine is vinified with a blend of traditional and modern techniques. It undergoes partial aging in French oak barrels to impart a delicate structure and subtle spice, while the remainder is aged in stainless steel to preserve the bright, vibrant red fruit characteristics of cherry, raspberry, and earth that define classic regional Burgundy.
