Winemaker Christopher Tracy employs an artisanal, low-intervention approach, often utilizing wild yeast fermentations and aging the wine in older, neutral oak casks. This careful stewardship preserves the grape's natural vibrancy, resulting in a medium-bodied red defined by bright red berry fruit, savory dried herbs, and a distinct mineral thread reflective of the glacial soils of the South and North Forks.
