'Cumbre' (meaning 'summit' or 'peak' in Spanish) was a distinct brand created by the monks for the Spanish market, offering a slightly lighter, highly aromatic, and sweeter herbal profile compared to the traditional Yellow Chartreuse, while still utilizing their closely guarded secret recipe of 130 botanicals.
