✨ Technical Specifications
Château Pas du Cerf's Club Rosé comes from the coastal, schist-rich soils of the Var region in Provence, stewarded by the Gualtieri family for generations. Crafting rosé under the IGP Var designation allows flexibility in grape selection while maintaining the signature Provençal style—light, crisp, and aromatic. The grapes (typically Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah) undergo brief cold maceration and temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation to preserve vibrant fruit and fresh acidity without oak influence.
🍾 About the Producer
Nestled in the pristine Massif des Maures in Bormes-les-Mimosas, Château Pas du Cerf has been cultivated by the Gualtieri family since 1848, spanning eight generations of passionate vigneron heritage. Situated within the sun-drenched Côtes de Provence appellation, the estate balances viticulture with environmental preservation, producing certified organic and High Environmental Value wines surrounded by Mediterranean forest. The winery takes advantage of ancient schist soils and cooling sea breezes to craft expressive, mineral-rich wines, most notably elegant Provençal rosés such as their flagship Club Rosé. Committed to sustainable stewardship and authenticity, Château Pas du Cerf represents quintessential coastal Provence winemaking with refined aromatics and vibrant freshness.
