✨ Tekniske specifikationer
Hailing from the legendary, steep slopes of the Pündericher Marienburg, the 'Fass 2304' Riesling Kabinett is a masterclass in Mosel tension and terroir. The Marienburg vineyard itself carries deep historical resonance, named after a historical Franciscan convent that once stood high above the river bend. Under the biodynamic stewardship of Clemens and Rita Busch, this wine is sourced from parcels rich in grey slate, which imparts a distinct smoky minerality. Fermented spontaneously in traditional large oak Fuder casks (with 'Fass 2304' denoting the specific historic vessel), this Kabinett captures the ethereal, dancing play between natural residual sweetness and a piercing, electric acidity. It is a brilliant testament to the estate's commitment to minimal intervention and pure soil expression.
