✨ Technical Specifications
The Beverly Vineyard Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon showcases one of the Columbia Valley's most extreme and distinctive terroir sites. Situated on a remote, windswept sandy bench directly adjacent to the Columbia River, the Beverly Vineyard is defined by its deep, free-draining sand soils and intense desert heat. These harsh conditions force the self-rooted vines to dig deep for water, resulting in low yields of small, highly concentrated berries. Columbia Crest's winemaking team utilizes this fruit to craft a bold, structurally commanding Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine undergoes extended maceration and is aged in select French oak barrels, yielding a profile rich in dark blackberry, cassis, and espresso notes, underpinned by a distinct dusty minerality and robust, ripe tannins that reflect this unique desert landscape.
