The name 'Gravas' directly references the ancient gravel terraces deposited by the Maipo River at the foot of the Andes Mountains. These poor, free-draining soils force the vines to dig deep for nutrients, resulting in naturally low yields of highly concentrated, structured fruit. Crafted with meticulous care, the wine is aged in French oak barrels to refine its powerful tannins, yielding a classic Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon characterized by intense aromas of dark berries, graphite, and a signature touch of Andean mint.
