✨ Technical Specifications

The Courvoisier Erté Collection is a legendary marriage of fine art and exquisite spirits, born from a collaboration with the father of Art Deco, Romain de Tirtoff (known as Erté). Released in 1989, No. 2 Vendange (The Harvest) features a stunning decanter designed by the artist, depicting the golden grapes of the harvest. Inside is an extraordinary blend of rare Grande Champagne cognacs, some of which date back to 1892, the year of Erté's birth. This liquid gold offers an incredibly complex nose of exotic spices, dried fruits, and old leather, culminating in a majestic, velvety finish that represents the absolute pinnacle of the blender's art.

🍾 About the Producer

Founded in the early 19th century by Emmanuel Courvoisier and Louis Gallois in Paris before relocating to the historic riverside town of Jarnac in the Cognac region, Maison Courvoisier is celebrated as one of the legendary 'Big Four' Cognac houses. Renowned for receiving the royal endorsement of Emperor Napoleon III, the house crafts its distinguished spirits through meticulous partnerships with winegrowers across the premier crus of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, and Fins Bois. Utilizing traditional Charentais copper pot stills and aging in bespoke French oak barrels sourced from sustainable forests, Courvoisier emphasizes an aromatic, fruit-forward, and floral style. Its celebrated portfolio spans from classic, velvety blends such as Courvoisier XO and Initiale Extra to ultra-prestige releases including L'Essence de Courvoisier and the artistic, highly collectible Erté series.
