✨ Tekniske specifikationer
This extraordinary release represents a historic bridge between East and West, born from a collaboration between Courvoisier's Chief Blender Thibaut Hontanx and House of Suntory's Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo. The liquid begins with precious eaux-de-vie sourced exclusively from the prestigious Grande Champagne cru, distilled in traditional copper Charentais stills. After initial aging in French oak, the cognac undergoes a secondary maturation in rare, hand-selected Japanese Mizunara oak casks. This innovative process infuses the classic, elegant floral and fruit profile of Courvoisier with the exotic, aromatic complexity of Mizunara wood, characterized by notes of sandalwood, coconut, and subtle incense.
