Courvoisier XO is a masterfully blended Cognac, drawing its exceptional character from mature eaux-de-vie sourced from the finest crus of the region, primarily Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, and a touch of Borderies. The heritage of this house is forever linked to Napoleon Bonaparte, who famously selected Courvoisier as his cognac of choice, leading to its enduring legacy as 'The Cognac of Napoleon.' The spirit undergoes traditional double distillation in Charentais copper pot stills before embarking on a long maturation journey in hand-selected French oak casks from the Tronais and Limousin forests.
