CVNE (Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España), established in 1879 in Haro's legendary Barrio de la Estación, is a cornerstone of Rioja winemaking. 'La Bailarina' (The Ballerina) Rosado is a tribute to elegance and artistic grace, captured in a bottle. Sourced from selected vineyards in Rioja Alta where clay-limestone soils and a cool Atlantic influence shape the grapes, this rosé is typically crafted from Garnacha, sometimes blended with a touch of Viura. The winemaking process focuses on gentle pressing or short maceration followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its delicate, pale rose-petal hue, vibrant red fruit aromas, and crisp floral notes. The name and label evoke the poise, balance, and fluid movement of a dancer, reflecting the wine's harmonious structure and refreshing acidity.

Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España (CVNE) blev grundlagt i 1879 af brødrene Raimundo og Eusebio Real de Asúa og er et af Riojas mest prestigefyldte og historiske vinhuse, med base i det ikoniske Barrio de la Estación i Haro. Vingården drives den dag i dag af grundlæggernes efterkommere, som forener klassiske vinfremstillingstraditioner med nytænkende innovation på tværs af husets forskellige ejendomme og kældre.
