Crafted from select parcels of low-yielding vines, this wine undergoes the estate's time-honored practices of foot-treading in open concrete fermenters followed by gentle basket pressing. The resulting Shiraz is wonderfully intense and complex, showcasing dark plum, blackberry, exotic spices, and a distinctive earthy, mineral undertone derived from the region's diverse geological profile. Founded in 1912 by Joseph Osborn, d'Arenberg has grown into one of McLaren Vale's most iconic and storied family-owned estates in South Australia.
