Delas Frères' regional red selections, most famously represented by their Côtes-du-Rhône 'Saint-Esprit', showcase the house's signature blending expertise and deep roots in the Rhône Valley. Drawing fruit from both the granite-infused soils of the northern Rhône and the sun-drenched, pebble-strewn terraces of the south, these wines are crafted to capture the vibrant, spicy essence of the region. Historically, Delas has championed the Syrah grape, which dominates their northern blends, while incorporating Grenache from southern partners to add warmth, roundness, and ripe red fruit character. The winemaking emphasizes gentle extraction and aging in stainless steel or large oak vats to preserve the fresh, primary fruit aromas and soft, approachable tannins that make these regional selections highly versatile and beloved by bistros worldwide.

Maison Delas Frères blev grundlagt i 1835 af Charles Audibert og Philippe Delas og er et ikonisk vinhus i Rhône-dalen med hovedsæde i Tain-l'Hermitage. Huset er i dag en del af Champagne Louis Roederers familie af vingårde og har gennemgået en markant kvalitetsmæssig renæssance takket være moderne kældermetoder og et kompromisløst fokus på vinmarksarbejdet i både det nordlige og sydlige Rhône. Delas råder over prestigefyldte parceller i berømte appellationer som Hermitage, Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu og Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
