✨ wine.spec_sheet

Delas's Hermitage 'Domaine des Tourettes' Blanc is a majestic expression of Northern Rhône white winemaking, sourced from the steep, granite-rich slopes of the legendary Hermitage hill, specifically from the climats of L'Ermite, Le Sabot, and La Tourette. Historically known as 'Marquise de la Tourette', this wine pays homage to the noble heritage of the region. Crafted from Marsanne, the grapes undergo traditional vinification with a portion fermented in French oak barrels, followed by extensive lees stirring to build its signature opulent texture. The terroir's granite soils impart a striking mineral backbone that balances the wine's natural richness, yielding complex aromas of white flowers, beeswax, toasted brioche, and ripe peaches.
