Established by Louis Boillot after he split from his family's estate in Volnay, Domaine Louis Boillot is now based in Chambolle-Musigny, Burgundy, France, where he shares winemaking facilities with his partner, Ghislaine Barthod. Boillot meticulously farms an exceptional collection of old-vine parcels spanning prestigious terroirs in both the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, including Volnay, Pommard, Gevrey-Chambertin, and Puligny-Montrachet. His traditional, low-intervention philosophy utilizes gentle extraction and judicious oak aging to preserve the pristine, mineral-driven purity of each unique climat.
