This reserve bottling is a meticulous barrel selection, hand-crafted only in exceptional vintages from the finest blocks of their premier Santa Barbara County vineyard sources. Utilizing traditional Burgundian methods, including native yeast fermentation and aging in select French oak barrels, the winemakers craft a Pinot Noir of remarkable depth, concentration, and structural integrity. It stands as a testament to the elegant, age-worthy potential of California's Central Coast terroir, balancing vibrant red fruit characteristics with complex earthy undertones.

Dominion Tantara blev grundlagt i 1997 i det kølige Santa Barbara County i Californien og er en anerkendt artisanal producent, der især udmærker sig med sine terroirdrevne vine på Pinot Noir og Chardonnay.
