Hailing from the cool-climate reaches of Santa Barbara County, the Dominion Tantara Ingeborg Vineyard Syrah is a masterful expression of cool-climate California Syrah. The Ingeborg Vineyard benefits from the unique transverse mountain ranges of the region, which funnel cold marine air and fog from the Pacific Ocean directly into the vines. This natural air conditioning slows the ripening process, allowing the grapes to develop deep, complex flavors while retaining vibrant acidity. Crafted using traditional, low-intervention winemaking techniques inspired by the Northern Rhône, this wine showcases the savory, spicy, and deeply aromatic side of the varietal, highlighting the distinct maritime terroir of the Santa Maria Valley.

Dominion Tantara blev grundlagt i 1997 i det kølige Santa Barbara County i Californien og er en anerkendt artisanal producent, der især udmærker sig med sine terroirdrevne vine på Pinot Noir og Chardonnay.
