The Erdener Prälat is one of the Mosel's most legendary vineyards, a tiny, south-facing amphitheater of red slate that acts as a natural heat trap. This extreme microclimate allows the 100% Riesling grapes to achieve extraordinary ripeness. Historically named after the church prelates who claimed its prized wines for themselves, this vineyard yields an Auslese of unparalleled intensity.
