The winemakers employ traditional, low-intervention techniques, including fermentation with native yeasts in concrete vats, followed by extensive aging in French oak barrels. Founded in 2002 by brothers and winemakers Héctor and Pablo Durigutti, Durigutti Family Winemakers is rooted in the historic terroir of Las Compuertas in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Guided by a philosophy of minimal intervention and deep respect for agricultural heritage, the estate crafts terroir-driven wines using native yeasts, gentle extraction, and maturation vessels such as concrete eggs.
