The Wiltinger Braune Kupp is a legendary steep vineyard situated on a dramatic bend of the Saar River, historically associated with the Le Gallais estate which has been under the stewardship of the Egon Müller family since 1954. Unlike the cool blue slate of Scharzhofberg, the Braune Kupp features iron-rich red slate soils that absorb the sun's warmth, imparting a distinctively exotic, spicy, and deeply structured character to the Riesling.
