The 'Adobe' line pays homage to the traditional, earth-based clay bricks used in historic Chilean architecture, symbolizing Emiliana's foundational commitment to organic viticulture and harmony with the land. Sourced from cool-climate vineyards in the Aconcagua region, these vines benefit from the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean and morning fogs, which slow ripening and preserve the grape's natural acidity.
