The 'Adobe' line pays homage to the traditional, earth-based clay bricks used in historic Chilean architecture, symbolizing Emiliana's foundational commitment to organic viticulture and harmony with the land. Sourced from cool-climate vineyards in the Aconcagua region, these vines benefit from the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean and morning fogs, which slow ripening and preserve the grape's natural acidity. To maintain its vibrant, fruit-forward character, the wine is fermented primarily in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a fresh, clean, and expressive representation of Chilean Chardonnay that honors its natural origins.
