Emiliana's Adobe Reserva Pinot Noir pays homage to Chile's traditional building materials—the sun-dried clay and straw bricks known as adobe—which represent a harmonious relationship with the earth. Sourced from the cool-climate vineyards of southern Chile, where the chilly Pacific breezes and river influences allow the delicate Pinot Noir grape to ripen slowly, this organic wine captures the essence of its terroir. The grapes are harvested with care, undergoing a gentle vinification process with minimal oak contact to preserve the vibrant, fresh red fruit aromas and bright acidity that define this approachable, eco-conscious estate style.
