Named after the traditional sun-dried clay bricks used in historic Chilean architecture, the Adobe line represents Emiliana's foundational commitment to the earth and sustainable viticulture. Sourced from the diverse microclimates of Chile's Central Valley, this organic rosé is crafted primarily from Syrah. The Mediterranean climate, characterized by warm, sunny days and cool night breezes sweeping down from the Andes, allows the grapes to develop vibrant red fruit flavors while retaining a crisp, refreshing acidity. The winemaking emphasizes minimal intervention, utilizing cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate floral aromas and bright berry notes, resulting in a clean, expressive, and highly approachable organic rosé.
