✨ Technical Specifications
Emiliana's 'Antología' represents the absolute pinnacle of the estate's organic and biodynamic winemaking philosophy. Conceived as a liquid 'anthology' of their finest achievements, this ultra-premium, limited-edition icon wine is produced only in exceptional vintages. Sourced primarily from high-density, meticulously farmed vineyards in the Maipo Valley—the historic heartland of Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon within the broader Central Valley—it reflects an uncompromising selection of the estate's best barrels. The wine is celebrated for its profound depth, structural elegance, and intense sense of place, capturing the harmony between the Andean-influenced climate and the living, chemical-free soils that define Emiliana's pioneering legacy.
🍾 About the Producer
Founded in 1986 by the Guilisasti family, Emiliana has grown to become the world's leading producer of organic and biodynamic wines. In the late 1990s, visionary director Rafael Guilisasti partnered with renowned consulting winemaker Álvaro Espinoza to pioneer ecological viticulture across Chile's most prestigious wine regions, including the Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua, and Cachapoal Valleys. Guided by Demeter-certified biodynamic farming principles, Emiliana eliminates synthetic inputs in favor of natural preparations and native biodiversity to authentically reflect terroir. The estate is widely celebrated for its flagship biodynamic red blends, notably Coyam and Gê, as well as expressive single-vineyard expressions of Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah.
