In the cellar, the Perrins employ gentle extraction and age the wine in stainless steel and concrete vats, deliberately avoiding oak to safeguard the bright, crunchy red fruit aromas and spicy garrigue notes. Famille Perrin is one of the Southern Rhône Valley's most esteemed winemaking dynasties, famously anchored by the historic Château de Beaucastel estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Guided by generations of the Perrin family, the domaine became a pioneering champion of organic farming in 1950 and biodynamic viticulture in 1974 under the visionary stewardship of Jacques Perrin.
