Fidelitas, named after the Latin word for loyalty, showcases winemaker Charlie Hoppes' dedication to Washington State's premier terroirs. While the estate is highly regarded for its bold Red Mountain reds, the Optu White is a sophisticated homage to the classic dry white wines of Bordeaux's Graves region. This cuvée artfully blends Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, capturing a beautiful tension between vibrant acidity and rich, rounded texture. Established in 2000 by veteran Washington winemaker Charlie Hoppes, Fidelitas is an artisanal winery dedicated to showcasing the distinct terroir of the Red Mountain AVA in Washington State.
