Firriato's Jasmin is an aromatic dry white wine that celebrates the rich viticultural heritage of Sicily through the Zibibbo grape, also known as Muscat of Alexandria. Cultivated in the Borgo Guarini estate in the Trapani countryside, the vines thrive in clay-loam soils under the intense Sicilian sun, tempered by cooling maritime breezes. The name 'Jasmin' is a poetic tribute to the intoxicating scent of jasmine blossoms that drift through Sicilian nights. While Zibibbo is historically famous for sweet passito wines, Firriato vinifies Jasmin as a dry, vibrant white, capturing the grape's exuberant floral and citrus character. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aged briefly on the lees, this wine preserves its delicate primary aromas of orange blossom, citrus, and tropical fruit.

Firriato blev grundlagt i 1984 af Salvatore Di Gaetano og hans hustru Vinizia Novara og regnes i dag blandt Siciliens førende vinproducenter med stor anerkendelse for deres rolle i øens vinøse renæssance. Vingården råder over bemærkelsesværdigt varierede terroirs på tværs af Sicilien – fra Trapani-landskabets solbeskinnede vinmarker og øen Favignanas maritime klima til Etnas højtbeliggende, vulkanske skråninger. Firriato er dybt engageret i certificeret økologisk dyrkning og bæredygtighed, og de værner om den autentiske biodiversitet med fokus på oprindelige sicilianske druesorter som Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese og Grillo suppleret med udvalgte internationale sorter. Det alsidige sortiment indfanger hvert mikroklimas unikke særpræg i berømte flagskibsvine som Harmonium, Ribeca og Cavanera-serien fra Etna.
