Grown at high altitudes on the Cavanera estate, the vines thrive in dark, mineral-rich volcanic sands. This extreme terroir, characterized by dramatic diurnal temperature swings and fertile black ash from Europe's most active volcano, shapes a white wine of remarkable tension and energy.
