The Grand Cordon Vintage represents a meticulous selection from a single exceptional harvest year, showcasing the house's signature Pinot Noir-dominant style. Sourced predominantly from prestigious Grand Cru villages in the Montagne de Reims, such as Verzenay and Bouzy, and balanced with elegant Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, this vintage cuvée undergoes extended aging on its lees in historic subterranean chalk cellars. This lengthy maturation coaxes out complex aromas of toasted brioche, yellow stone fruits, and subtle honeyed spices, while maintaining a precise, mineral-driven backbone.
