Sourced from select vineyards across California's sun-drenched valleys, this wine is crafted to highlight the grape's naturally vibrant fruit character. Fermented primarily in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve its crispness, a portion of the blend undergoes malolactic fermentation and light oak contact, yielding a classic flavor profile marked by ripe golden apple, pear, and a subtle whisper of toasted vanilla.
