Domaine Geantet-Pansiot blev grundlagt i 1954 af Edmond Geantet og Bernadette Pansiot og er en anerkendt, familiedrevet vingård med base i den berømte Côte de Nuits-landsby Gevrey-Chambertin i Bourgogne. Ejendommen voksede markant under ledelse af Edmonds søn Vincent, som trådte ind i foretagendet i 1982, og drives i dag i tæt samspil med Vincents søn Fabien, hvilket viderefører familiens stolte håndværkstradition. Vingården er berømt for sin kompromisløse markpleje og minutiøse sortering under høsten. Ved hjælp af en længere koldmaceration inden gæringen og en velafbalanceret fadlagring skabes vine med en enestående dybde, fløjlsblød tekstur og ren aromatisk præcision.
