This exceptional site is blessed with a unique microclimate where winds from four directions sweep across the vines, keeping the Gamay grapes healthy and concentrated. Planted in the classic pink granite soils of Fleurie, the vines yield a remarkably elegant red wine. Traditionally vinified using semi-carbonic maceration to preserve its vibrant fruit character, this wine showcases the delicate, floral side of Gamay, brimming with aromas of violets, ripe peaches, and red berries, underpinned by a silky, feminine structure that defines the finest crus of Beaujolais.
