Crafted from 100% Gamay, this wine draws its robust character from Morgon's famous decomposed granite and schist soils. This unique terroir imparts a muscular structure and deep mineral complexity. Vinified using traditional methods that balance semi-carbonic maceration with classic fermentation, the wine captures vibrant notes of dark cherry, plum, and violet.
