This expressive red blend typically combines Syrah, Grenache, Merlot, and Carignan, grown on the sun-drenched, clay-limestone hillsides of the Pays d'Oc. The Mediterranean climate, shaped by the tramontane wind and the sea, imparts a rich, ripe fruit character. Vinified to emphasize freshness and supple tannins, this wine represents the vibrant, approachable spirit of southern French winemaking, offering a tapestry of red berries, wild herbs, and gentle spices.
