This cuvée is a classic expression of the Languedoc AOC, typically blending Syrah and Grenache grown on sun-drenched clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified using traditional methods, with a portion of the blend aged in French oak barrels to soften the tannins and add complexity. The resulting wine is rich and expressive, characterized by ripe dark fruit aromas, notes of wild Mediterranean scrubland (garrigue), and a touch of sweet spice, embodying the rugged elegance of the South of France.
