Bertrand, a former professional rugby player turned champion of Languedoc terroir, created this cuvee to capture the essence of the region's coastal beauty. The wine is famously housed in an iconic bottle featuring a base elegantly sculpted in the shape of a rose, designed by a student from the prestigious Ecole Boulle. This rose is crafted from a classic Mediterranean blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah. The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness, gently pressed, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve their delicate aromatics and bright acidity. The resulting wine is beautifully pale, offering a bouquet of fresh red berries, citrus, and subtle floral notes, grounded by the stony, sun-baked soils of the Languedoc coast.
