Hailing from the wild, mountainous foothills of the Cévennes in the Languedoc, Gerard Bertrand's Pollinat Grenache Rosé is a vibrant tribute to biodiversity and the vital role of bees in the vineyard ecosystem. Crafted from Grenache, this cuvée benefits from the unique microclimate of the Cévennes, where cool alpine breezes meet warm Mediterranean sunshine. The vines thrive in limestone-rich soils, yielding grapes with exceptional freshness and balanced acidity. To preserve its delicate pale pink hue and expressive aromas of wild strawberries, red currants, and white flowers, the grapes undergo gentle direct pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. This wine beautifully reflects Bertrand's dedication to sustainable viticulture and the preservation of natural harmony.

Established in 1992 by former French international rugby player Gérard Bertrand following the legacy of his father Georges at Domaine de Villemajou, the estate has emerged as an undisputed pioneer of fine wine in the Languedoc. Headquartered at the coastal Château l'Hospitalet within the limestone massif of La Clape, Bertrand orchestrates over 900 hectares of vineyard land across premium terroirs spanning Corbières, Minervois-La-Livinière, Terrasses du Larzac, and Limoux.
