This exceptional Highland single malt was distilled at the historic Glen Garioch distillery, one of Scotland's oldest established sites dating back to 1797 in the fertile Garioch parish of Aberdeenshire. Selected and bottled by the renowned independent bottler Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers for their acclaimed Càrn Mòr 'Strictly Limited' series, this expression was matured for nine years in Sherry butts before being bottled in 2021. The Sherry influence beautifully tempers Glen Garioch's signature robust, waxy, and honeyed spirit, introducing rich layers of dried dark fruits, warm baking spices, and a hint of toasted oak, all while maintaining its classic Highland character without chill-filtration.
