Nestled in the heart of Speyside, Scotland, the Glenfiddich distillery was founded in 1886 by William Grant, whose family still runs the distillery today. The name Glenfiddich translates from Scottish Gaelic as 'Valley of the Deer', represented by the iconic stag symbol. This exquisite 21-year-old single malt represents a masterful marriage of traditional Scotch whisky heritage and exotic maturation. After spending over two decades aging in traditional American oak casks, the whisky undergoes a unique finishing process in hand-selected Caribbean rum casks. This extra maturation, overseen by the Malt Master, infuses the classic Speyside character of ripe orchard fruits and soft oak with vibrant notes of sweet toffee, warm ginger, fig, and lime, bridging the gap between Highland tradition and tropical warmth.

Glenfiddich Distillery blev grundlagt i 1886 af William Grant og opført ved håndkraft med hjælp fra hans familie.
